1. These terms
These terms govern your use of Jako, the AI assistant, and the Perch workspace (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by JakoAI, Inc. and its affiliate Telos Core Systems Ltd. (together, "JakoAI", "we" or "us"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you agree for that organization, and "you" includes it.
If your organization has signed an order form or a separate agreement with us, that agreement governs where it differs from these terms.
2. Accounts
You sign in with an account from your organization, such as Microsoft Entra ID, Google or Slack. Keep your account secure. Your organization's administrator decides who may use the Service, which services Jako may connect to, and what Jako may do.
3. Your data
You keep all rights in the data you and your organization put into the Service or connect to it ("Customer Data"). You give us the right to process Customer Data only to provide, secure and support the Service for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it. We do not use Customer Data to train general AI models.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions you need to connect your accounts and to let Jako process their data.
4. AI output and actions
Jako uses AI to write replies, summaries and drafts. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Check it before you rely on it, in particular for legal, financial, medical or other important decisions.
Jako asks for your approval before it takes an action that changes something outside the conversation, such as sending an email or changing a file. When you approve an action, you are responsible for it, as if you had done it yourself.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to:
- break the law or the rights of others;
- send spam, or mislead people about who you are;
- access accounts or data without permission;
- attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer the Service, except as the law allows;
- produce content that is illegal, harmful, or that breaks the usage policies of our AI provider.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts the Service or others at risk. We will tell you when we can.
6. Third-party services
The Service works with Microsoft, Google, Slack, WhatsApp and other services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for them, and they can change or limit what Jako can do there.
7. Fees
Fees, if any, are set out in your order form or plan. Unless it says otherwise, fees are due in advance and are not refundable.
8. Our rights
We own the Service and all improvements to it. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.
9. Confidentiality
Each of us will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care, and use it only to perform under these terms.
10. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that AI output will be accurate.
11. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.
12. Ending use
You can stop using the Service at any time, and your administrator can remove it from your organization. We can end or suspend your access if you materially break these terms. When your use ends, we delete Customer Data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may change these terms. We will post the new terms on this page and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will tell your organization's administrator before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms.
14. Governing law
The laws of the State of Israel govern these terms. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
